At Ascension, we have included over 20 years of production experience to create an instrument for anyone who makes music in the EDM genre. The tool is based on table-wave, ROM synthesis, as well as with the capabilities of FM.
The ROM section contains an astounding variety of samples, including a 10 GB library of soaring pads, burning synthesizers, bold basses, brilliant dance pianos, and ethereal choirs aimed directly at the dance floor. Combine these lush, multi-layered sounds with your own hand-drawn custom waves, weird FM signals, bold, frustrated subtractive tones or anything else that you can call out of the powerful editing and modulation options. Playback of MIDI patterns by drag and drop, as well as an arpeggiator and an extensive library of ready-made MIDI loops from dancemidisamples are included. And if you’re a beginner, Ascension has all the synthetic sounds and MIDI patterns you need to create a great dance track: we are not exaggerating! Just plug it into your DAW and you’re done. But if you are a professional, you will need a high-quality set of auxiliary patches that can be built right into your next project, combined with the ability to create your own innovative sounds from scratch. The standard arpeggiator mode includes everything you need, including 50 presets of arpeggio patterns to give your sounds an instant groove for the dance floor – just select a pattern from the drop-down menu … Draw your own unique waveforms for oscillators and LFO patterns! Shape your sound with 8 modulation sources and 4 additional envelopes, which allows you to fully control all four generators.
