A cinematic instrument. Broken Worlds is a library dedicated to broken, dark, “ugly” and distorted sounds. The sound sources are created from recordings of various synthesizers, strings and woodwinds, which have been put through an effects chain to form a series of raw and exciting sounds.
The Kontakt engine uses some of the new effects introduced in Kontakt 7, such as Raum (reverb), Psyche Delay (delay from GTR6), Freak (a kind of ring mod) and Bite (lo-fi). These effects give the presets some extra flavor and power.
