The Crow Hill Company Gong Piano v1.0.4 is a unique instrument for Windows. Sampling allows us to achieve the impossible. The only limit is our imagination.
In the case of these four beautifully harmonized gongs from Rome, Italy, their tonal range was expanded using a new Shepherd mapping technique to create a chromatic gong-based instrument that responds like a piano. Powered by an all-new universal engine and graphical interface, Gong Piano is a framework for creating pulsating, ominous drones with newfound sonic depth and sinister mysteries.
It contains hits, scrapes, harmonics, and root tracks created by Christian Henson, and all of this is truly organic, although judging by the sound, this organism is not from this planet.
