Deep Ocean is our third collection that focuses on cinematic sounds for Omnisphere 2 and travels to the underwater world, inspired by Jean-Michel Jarre’s “Expectation of Costeau” masterpiece: dark pianos saturated with long reverbs, fancy arpeggios and strings, and soft synthesizers. But the emphasis on this sound set lies on a large number of atmospheric textures and sound landscapes, which range from dark and threatening to mysterious and elevated.
