Native Instruments has announced the release of NOIRE, a new Kontakt instrument that captures the signature grand piano sound of composer and pianist Niels Frahm.
The instrument – which includes both clean and felted versions of the Yamaha CFX 9 concert grand show – has been carefully selected in the rich Saal 3 environment at Berlin’s Funkhaus recording complex.
The result is a unique, intense and memorable instrument with its own atmosphere.
