The next evolution of Moog Bass. Mariana has breathed new life into electronic sound creation techniques for the modern player or producer. A powerful creative companion, Mariana is designed for intuitive layering and sound processing, combining the soul of Moog bass with user-friendly technology for all digital creators.
Optimized for creating punchy bass sounds, Mariana allows users to dial in tones that span a variety of genres, easily shape modulation paths to create complex tones, and create distinct sounds that fit perfectly into any mix using built-in effects and compression.
Mariana is a dual-layer synth that allows you to mix two completely different synth sounds that can complement each other dynamically or play duophonically. Each layer is built around two oscillators with precise and inventive controls to help your bass tone cut through the mix and stand out from the rest, while a sub-oscillator adds even more low-end weight. Two Moog resonant filters and a third filter dedicated to the sub-oscillator allow you to shape the sound by adding warmth, cutting high frequencies, or increasing resonance to give it more weight. Featuring stereo oscillators and a crossover filter function, Mariana is optimized for quickly fine-tuning stereo content while maintaining a powerful mono bass foundation.
Warm tube, tape and overdrive saturation and a tight compressor add weight and glue to your bass lines, while a luminous real-time metering section lets you monitor and tune the sound to a professional standard. Flexible built-in delay and chorus effects operate on separate layers and can expand the stereo image of your sounds while maintaining a mono signal using high-pass filters. Whether you’re creating your own bass tones from scratch or using one of the 200 included presets as a starting point, Mariana is an accessible and versatile tool for any modern production environment. And although Mariana is optimized for bass, it is capable of creating strong leads, powerful percussion and multi-dimensional effects, allowing you to create entire compositions with a single instrument.
Mariana’s intuitive user interface is designed for a fast and efficient workflow, while being fully equipped with three LFOs, three envelopes, and two random effects generators per layer. Combined with a creative and extremely deep modulation editor, Mariana excels at deep sound design and sounds that dynamically change over time. Virtually every Mariana parameter can be modulated internally with MIDI, MPE, and virtual CVs to create an interconnected ecosystem right within your DAW. With a streamlined, customizable user interface, an expressive on-screen keyboard for iPad and a separate desktop version, and seamless integration into any DAW (digital audio workstation), Mariana is the most affordable way to add Moog’s signature bass sound to your work.

any chance of making this work on Mac as well? That would be amazing if so…
/\ to the previous comment:
Just use Rosetta and/or “Blue Cat Audio – PatchWork” to make windows VSTs run in Mac..
How to install on mac then? Unable to do that with wine / crossover…
