Adobe Photoshop 2026 is a new version of the raster graphics program. It supports a wide range of graphic formats.

· Neural filters require an account. If you are not logged in, create one. Menu: Help – Login. When registering, you can enter any information, including any email address, as confirmation is not required.
· After logging in, you MUST restart Photoshop, otherwise the filters will not work.
· If necessary, edit or delete the Neural Filters. After deleting, a new folder will be created with your data. - Since the program runs with administrator rights, drag and drop does not work, use “Open with…” or “File”\”Open…” or drag and drop the image onto PhotoshopPortable.exe or onto the PhotoshopPortable.exe shortcut.
