Install Waves Central. Launch it, select Offline Installer, find the Waves folder (in 1-Installer), and select either partial or full Waves Ultimate.
After installation, apply the Waves Ultimate 2025.3 patch.exe.
P.S. Sometimes when installing Waves Central, the system says that the product is installed – ignore it, everything works.
