Tube Lab is a vintage channel strip designed to build character – warm, fat, gritty, and beautifully alive under amplified power. It combines a multi-tube preamp, Baxandall-style EQ, and an optical leveler, creating an intuitive workflow with flexible module routing. Rather than limiting you to a fixed path, Tube Lab lets you customize the flavors and order of modules to tailor your individual sound.

The preamplifier offers a carefully selected selection of classic tubes—from 12AT7, 12AU7, and 12AX7 to 6DJ8 and 12DW7. Each offers its own balance of headroom, density, and punch. These options deliver unique tonal characteristics—from subtle coloration to thick, dirty, and aggressive sounds.
Classic Chain
The three-band Baxandall equalizer shapes tone with broad, musical strokes, encouraging instinctive musical movement. Dynamics are provided by an opto compressor offering classic and modern modes, with optional automatic gain control for a smooth, musical result. Internal routing allows you to adjust the EQ and compression order as needed.
