BALANCE is very easy to use – you set the target EQ curve you want your sound to follow using just four controls, then adjust the overall EQ level to your liking… done. High and low pass filters, as well as gain compensation that scales with the EQ amount, can be used to fine-tune the result even further. Since the BALANCE presets do not contain any specific EQ settings as such, but rather information about what EQ curve the result should have, you can create a library of profiles that are perfect for your workflows and sound library. In many cases, simply setting the balance in your mixer with the default settings may be enough. High Performance Built using our proprietary Minimum Phase Filters, the BALANCE system delivers just 3 counts of latency with minimal CPU usage. And of course, it sounds great without any of the presets that can occur with a linear phase design.
