Lowtility 2 is a plugin for low-pass filtering and mid/side processing. It allows you to gently cut low frequencies from your mix and change the stereo width of the low frequencies.
Lowtility is a stereo tool designed to manipulate the low frequencies in your mix. It features a low-pass filter with variable slope, as well as a separate section for fine-tuning the stereo width of the low frequencies.
Using stereo meters, you can visualize the interaction of the left and right channels and make sure you do not have phase alignment issues.
Lowtility 2’s bass width adjustment
lets you adjust the stereo low-frequency signal for cleaner bass. Choose between reduced bass width or monophonic mode, preserving either the mid channel or one of the left and right channels.
Low Cut
Filter out low frequencies with one of 4 different filters, from a gentle 12dB roll-off to a sharp 48dB roll-off.
Stereometers
Lowtility 2 is equipped with a goniometer and correlation meter, which visually display information about the phase and stereo image of your signal. The meters can be switched between full-range and low-range only.
