As an experiment, we organized several specialized ensembles for recording a range of articulations and effects in the lowest octave possible. The recordings resulting from these sessions express some of the most powerful and emotional sounds we’ve heard in an orchestral setting. This is the sound basis for SubCulture Orchestral.
