Handpan Machina isn’t just any hang. It’s our most powerful Kontakt GUI to date, capable of seamlessly combining loops, and a multi-sampled Halo (an instrument inspired by the traditional steelpan and hang), to which we’ve added our signature creative modern processing for otherworldly pads, drones, plucks, and loops.
Each instrument features a dual XY pad and can handle up to 4 different layers with independent sequencers and effects. The second XY pad is dedicated exclusively to controlling the mixing of multiple effects, so you can fully customize in real time while recording or automating.
Handpan Machina is a collaboration between PulseSetter Sounds and award-winning composer Gregory Tripi (Hunt, Justice, Ma). By combining Gregory’s unique performance and style with PulseSetter Sounds’ modern hybrid approach, we’ve created an instrument that can handle all your musical parts in one go, thanks to its extreme flexibility and extensive content.
