When uninstalling previous and other versions of AmpliTube and TONEX, the uninstaller does not completely remove all content.
You need to delete the remaining folders manually along the path: “C:\Users\USERPROFILE\Documents\IK Multimedia” and “C:\Users\USERPROFILE\AppData\Roaming\IK Multimedia”, saving, if necessary,
presets and Library.db.
You should also clean the registry sections “HKLM\SOFTWARE\IK Multimedia” and “HKCU\SOFTWARE\IK Multimedia” from the remains of the removed programs. (TONEX or AmpliTube 5)
