I had this issue a long time ago, and I only got the program from that distribution. There’s a program called STEINBERG LIBRARY MANAGER, which you can download for free from the official website without registration. It’s not for activating anything, but for the normal functioning of the library. The library itself can be on any drive, and in STEINBERG LIBRARY MANAGER you just need to specify the path to it, and everything will work.
2. Install the utility from the website and specify the path in the manager.
