dBridge is a British music producer and DJ who has been working in the industry since the late 1990s. He is widely regarded as a pioneer of the Drum and Bass genre and one of its most influential figures.
He began his training by working with Lennie De Ice, who is considered the inventor of Jungle/Drum and Bass. He then founded the famous DnB label Renegade Hardware with Jason Maldini.
The two then formed the Drum and Bass supergroup Bad Company. Darren later decided to open his own store and founded Exit Records, a label that defined genres and led the way for 20 years.
In addition to his production work, dBridge is a respected DJ known for his dynamic sets featuring exclusive tracks. He has performed at some of the world’s biggest events including Glastonbury, Coachella, Atonal and Berghain.
dBridge’s contributions to the genre have been recognized by fans and peers alike. It received numerous awards, including DJ Mag’s Best Compilation Award, and was included on several year-end best tracks lists.
