Ueberschall – Nylon String Theory (ELASTIK)

Imagine the recipe: Take the expressive sound of classic Spanish guitar music, modernize it with a modern rhythm section, and then season it with elements taken from progressive rock. The result? Nylon String Theory, a collection of five expanded construction kits showcasing the beautiful and hypnotic sound of the concert nylon string guitar. The virtuosic performances provide exciting melodic runs, supported by powerful rhythmic arpeggios. Sensual and always stylish, Nylon String Theory provides a dramatic and emotional starting point for your next musical expedition.

Virtuoso Performances on Classical Spanish Guitar
With 2GB of sample data and over 700 individual loops, each of the five Production Kits is well-stocked, providing all the variety you need to create your own complete arrangement. Individual loops are up to 16 bars (up to 24 seconds) long, with original recording tempos ranging from 128 to 160 BPM. Kits include dedicated intro and outro sections, as well as 3 to 5 separate musical sections, allowing you to create extended compositions.

Complex Musical Performances Full of Passion

The main instrument is the acoustic nylon-string guitar. Each musical section in the Production Kit includes multiple guitar parts. These are available in pre-mixed stereo loops (with the ISM tag), as solo loops, and in DI versions (recorded with a high-quality pickup). Other instruments include electric bass guitar (both amp and DI loops are included), strings, synths, pads and electric piano. Pre-mixed drum loops are provided, as well as single-track loops for kick drum, bass drum, snare top and bottom, snare trigger, hi-hat, cymbals, toms, overheads and room mics.

Latin sounds with modern rock influences

Nylon String Theory, crossing classic Spanish guitar music, modern pop rhythms and rock, defines its own genre. For songwriters, producers and media composers who need to bring a strong Latin flavor to their next music project, but with a modern twist, Nylon String Theory is an inspiring source of musical magic.

All instruments are played by Kai Reuter.
