NASTRO is the reel playing experience for Kontakt 6 Full Version! NASTRO means “tape” in Italian and Soundscapes is the first release of an exciting new series dedicated to the long gone world of tapes and reels, bringing the powerful 4-track tape recorder experience straight to your computer.
For NASTRO Soundscapes, we used some of our favorite tools to create lead sounds, loops, textures, noises and arpeggios. We then re-processed all of the material with a variety of vintage recorders, players, boomboxes, video cassettes and rare cassette players to get the authentic noisy tape sound.
