Cream Preamp :
Sound So Warm You’ll Get Sunburned
Cream’s preamp module packs all the power of a British solid-state recording and mixing console from the 1970s into a classic 1960s gated recorder.
Cream Equalizer :
This is an extensive and complex process of sampling different hardware blocks that originates from perhaps the most famous solid-state console of the 1960s. This amazing piece of engineering helped shape music history that remains relevant to this day. Add the best features of this powerful tool to our select collection of DIY filter emulations and you have Cream EQ – the ultimate mojo machine for your mixes.
Cream Compressor :
Emulates two different, very special pieces of hardware. One of them was sampled from an iconic 1970s console, while the second model is based on a vintage British tube compressor from the 1960s.
This compressor particularly embodies what we would call the “sixties sound” that is instantly recognizable from The Beatles’ recordings and which was a hallmark of much of the recordings coming out of the legendary Abbey Road Studios.
