The sound set for Omnisphere is so grainy that you have nightmares! But the cool thing is, it’s not really a set of grisly sounds, it’s a cinematic compilation of science fiction, tension, and an emphasis on epic virtue. Think of all those magic glasses of yesteryear with a modern twist!
At Stingray Towers, we thought long and hard about what could complement Granular Dreams. We said yes to more playable, melodic instruments, yes to synthesizers and super saws, and yes to making this damn cinematic soundset. There really is some mod wheel tomfoolery here, textures and pads that have never been there before, as well as our custom branding swatches. In fact, 84 of these are used to create 121 of the all new Omnisphere presets.
