New Features in Version 15.0.20: WaveLab Go
Highlights : WaveLab Go leverages established audio editing technologies in the form of the ARA audio extension, providing advanced editing, repair, and analysis tools for your workflow. WaveLab Go is described in a separate document. See WaveLab Go.

You can load WaveLab Go as an audio extension in Cubase. See the “Enabling Extensions for Audio Events” section.

Folder Track Enhancements:
You can now enable a group summing channel for any folder track. This provides automatic routing, full mixer control and expandable automation, as well as seamless integration between the project and MixConsole for cleaner and faster mixing. See the “Organizing Tracks in Folder Tracks” section.

You can choose whether to display automation or track data on tracks in folders with the group channel enabled. See Event Display – Folders.

More New Features:
Chord Symbols and Guitar Tunings.
You can now choose from various preset chord symbol displays and have Cubase interpret your notes as swing. You can also customize your guitar settings, including full or partial capo support, with seamless compatibility with the Dorico project. The Score Editor is described in a separate document. See the Score Editor.

Automation Improvements:
The color of the W button clearly indicates automation data and the recording status. See Record/Read Automation.

You can now easily exit automation while recording in Auto-Latch or Cross-Over mode. Stop recording automation on individual tracks or all tracks at once with a single click. See Automatically Recording Automation Data.

You can quickly copy and paste automation data from all tracks, selected tracks, or individual parameters to other tracks in your project. See Copying Automation to Other Tracks.

You can switch the automation panel between horizontal and a more compact vertical view. The panel is now available in the desired area. See the automation panel.

Selection-Based Editing in the Template Editor:
Specialized tools added to the Template Editor panel allow for a more streamlined workflow. Use the Drawing tool to add steps to a template and the Step Selection tool to select steps for further editing. See Drawing Tool and Step Selection Tool.

Cubase includes seven new scale -based chord pad presets
, including Dorian, Phrygian, Lydian, Mixolydian, Locrian, Major (Ionian), and Natural Minor (Aeolian), for instant harmonic inspiration. See Chord Pad Presets.

Video export improvements:
You can now specify the resolution of exported video files and choose the encoding preset that best suits your needs. Hardware acceleration for video encoding can be disabled if needed. See the Render New Video File tab.

Finally,
Event Volume Editing Improvements:
When adjusting the event volume fader, the deviation from the currently set value is displayed. See Adjusting Event Volume.

Further improvements to the template editor:
In drum mode, you can now sort selected step tracks by pitch. See the Step Lane context menu.

You can now reverse the drum sound list in Drum Mode. See Managing Step Strips.

Expression Map Improvements:
You can now configure remote trigger mode and latch mode for multiple selected expression maps. See the Sound Slots section.

You can change the order of selected groups in the “Articulations and Mutual Exclusion Groups” section. See the “Articulations and Mutual Exclusion Groups” section.
