The library of solo d-hall with many articulations, contains more than 5.100 samples and 100 different articulations, including sticks, hammers, brushes, hands / fingers, bass and more, all recorded in detail in the tight studio environment. We deeply sampled two professional Dhol Drum for this library, each with different characteristics and tones. These drums have the skin of animals on their heads (the so-called “Dagga”) and maylar high-frequency heads (the so-called “thili”). Dagga tuned with one heavy nylon rope wound around the drum through steel rings. Thili is tuned with a series of steel lugs and rods typical of most modern drums.
