Fixed:
- Due to a change in the behavior of note on/off handling in the Kontakt 8 multiscript, note on/off was handled incorrectly when Multis (.nkm files) were used in Kontakt 8. This does not happen with Kontakt 7 and previous versions
- When the bridge mute noise was played with switchable Multis of version 2.0.4d and above, the bridge mute noises of inactive pickups were not played correctly
