Native Instruments – Sequis 1.0.3 (KONTAKT)

An instrument with organic rhythmic texture. Sequis combines a vast library of carefully recorded samples with an intuitive sequencing engine, combining rhythm and melody to infuse your productions with a rich, organic, pulsating momentum. Whether you’re writing music for otherworldly sci-fi films or creating deep, dark dance moments, Sequis gives you complete freedom to explore new sonic spaces.

Sequis delivers a masterfully composed ensemble of acoustic samples, including guitars, classical strings, flutes, percussion and even human voices. All instruments have been recorded using a variety of creative performance styles to create an inspiring mix of articulations: trills, ghost notes, flutters, ricochets and echoes that weave together with the built-in step sequencer to form new musical constellations.

Sequis is designed to make creativity fast, with over 200 customisable presets ranging from delicately emotive to ominously intense. Browsing the collection of sampled instruments is quick and easy, with all recordings carefully selected to give you radio-ready sounds straight out of the box.

Sequis comes with a wide range of editing controls, allowing you to tweak swing, trigger triplet patterns and add accents to specific notes. Sounds can be individually shaped with professional-grade reverb, filter and delay effects, while sequenced patterns can be looped and reversed, giving you a luxurious playground of evolving, syncopated loops and multi-layered one-shots.

  • Quickly create looping melodies, dynamic pads and rhythmic patterns
  • Use a rich palette of sounds, customizable with creative editing controls
