Plugin with equalizer, filters and compressor of the 32nd series from Harrison. The Harrison 32C Channel aims to bring authentic sounding components from the console to your DAW software. The plugin consists of three components: equalizer, filter and compressor. You can install them in the order you want.
The new channel strip plugin contains three sections. All of them are based on the sound of a 1970s analog console and provide the ability to define the routing of the three “elements” according to your ideas.
The EQ section provides a parametric 4-band EQ with adjustable filter curves that are modeled on a hardware model. In addition, there are high and low pass filters. The first has an additional “convex” function. This creates a little more pressure and shock in the low frequency range.
Then another compressor awaits you, which you can switch between three modes: compressor, equalizer and limiter. Settings for attack or release are available depending on the selected mode.
In addition to the adjustable threshold, you also get ratio and gain compensation controls. At the bottom of the GUI you’ll find a clear routing section, the top area of the plugin is occupied by volume parameters for input and output, as well as a volume meter.
The 32C Channel makes a very clear impression based on a few key features. All of them, of course, relate to sound, which is why it is still in great demand.
