Bitwig – Studio v5.1.8 x64- DAW

Bitwig Studio 5 has acquired five new MSEGs (multi-segment envelope and curve generators), thanks to which users have the opportunity to draw their own envelopes with any number of points and loop them, and curves allow you to draw geometric patterns on a changing mesh, getting unique LFO patterns and automation.

It is noted that curve shapes obtained in MSEG are saved in the BWCURVE format and can be displayed in the preset browser. Additionally, users can draw their own oscillators with the Scrawl parameter and create their own waveshapers with Transfer, as well as use the Slopes phase sequencer for deeper control.

It is stated that multi-segment generators can be easily configured using pop-up editing windows with the ability to change the window size. In addition, modulators that support the pop-up window function include: The Grid, Keytrack+ and Steps. In turn, mixer parameters can now act as sources and sinks of information, allowing all modulators to gain full integration with mixer controls such as sends, pans, and others.

  • Automation was displayed incorrectly in the Automation Editor Panel (in Clip mode) after recording a • Launcher clip with automation to the Arranger [35585]
  • Automation Editor Panel in Clip mode was sometimes displaying as empty when selecting an Arranger clip
  • vRecording a discrete parameter from the clip Launcher with a point at the loop end would cause an infinitely thin automation spike to be recorded [35583]
  • Realtime Bounce and Export functions always process every single track, so you can hear them [35523]
  • Double quotes (“) in comments or project metadata no longer break MP3 exports [35421]
